Well it felt good to work out again. I was a little worried since I felt sluggish all morning. But once I got to the gym, I had no problem working hard! And then treated myself to a manicure after work. Why not?!
WORKOUT
Strength Training - 45 minutes
I worked up a good sweat again in this workout! Woohoo!
FOOD
Breakfast: Spinach Egg Bake (with ground turkey, green chiles, and tomatoes), whole wheat english muffin, coffee with sugar-free vanilla creamer
Lunch: Baked chicken fajitas
Dinner: Grilled pork chop, steamed broccoli, grilled onions and potatoes
Snacks: Banana
Total Calories = 1451
