It seems like the more sleep I get, the puffier and darker my eyes are. What's that all about?
Anyhoo... I had lunch with my bff Jenny and her baby Hudson. Love them! Then I went straight to the gym after work to get some cardio in. I'm a fan of the arc trainer at this point. Run/walking is frustrating me this week, so I'm trying out different machines to continue working on my endurance. Good tunes on the iPod are key too!

Breakfast: Hard-boiled eggs, apple slices, coffee with sugar-free vanilla creamer

Lunch: Sirloin steak with onions and mushrooms, broccoli, red potatoes
Dinner: Hamburger with no bun, green beans, a few bites of tator tots
Snacks: Skinny vanilla latte, oatmeal cookie (naughty Toni)
