Day 8

What a great weekend! I haven't spend a quiet/alone weekend at home in a few months. Although it was nice to relax, at times I felt like I should be on the go. Good time to focus. :)

WORKOUTS
Strength-Training - 60 minutes
Walking - 60 minutes
FOOD
Breakfast:  Spinach Egg Bake (with ground turkey, green chiles, and tomatoes), whole wheat english muffin
Lunch:  Stuffed chicken breast with pepper jack, skinny vanilla latte
Snacks:  Banana
Dinner:  Pulled pork, baked bean, dill pickle spear
Total Calories = 1691
