Day 7

I haven't spent a Saturday with my own agenda in over 3 months, so I was excited for this weekend! I put in some solid gym time in the morning before doing my shopping and cooking for next week. Plan, plan, plan! :)

WORKOUTS
Strength Training - 45 minutes
Abs Express Class - 15 minutes
Cycling - 60 minutes
Felt great getting all this taken care of!

FOOD
Breakfast:  Plain oatmeal with banana
Lunch:  Chicken breast with mushrooms
Dinner:  Stuffed chicken breast with pepper jack cheese 
Snack:  Skinny vanilla latte
Total Calories = 1331
